Malgorzata Gorska is the Premium Content and PR Manager at Schneider Electric, a digital leader in energy management and industrial automation, recognized as the most sustainable company worldwide in 2021 by Corporate Knights. Graduated from University of Warsaw, Małgorzata developed her career in Human Resources: from training services, through learning and development, to employer branding. She has spent two years on international assignment in France, managing Schneider Electric’s global employer brand in social media. After her second maternity leave, she joined the Digital Communications Team where she currently supports Chief Digital Officer and Chief AI Officer in their external communications, leading the execution of thought leadership strategy, premium content and PR activities, and analyst relations. She is an experienced soft skills trainer, passionate about sustainability, diversity and inclusion, as well as digital innovations and artificial intelligence.
